Who we serve

Systems for Indian government departments at every tier

Overview

One delivery approach for every tier

Study the department first

We read the existing registers and the last three audit reports before writing a requirement document.

Prove it in one office

One district, one ward or one office goes live first with real users and real data. Scope grows once that works.

Hand over with the source code

Source, documentation, runbooks and credentials transfer to the department on a date in the plan.

Who we help

Six tiers of government

Each procures differently, hosts differently and audits differently. The systems are built for the tier that will run them.

  • Central ministries and missions

National programmes with scheme guidelines, mission timelines and central audit.

  • State line departments

Procuring under state IT policy, usually with an NIC or state data centre hosting condition.

  • Urban local bodies and panchayats

Corporations, councils and rural bodies, smaller budgets, thinner IT staffing, highest citizen contact.

  • Recruitment boards and public service commissions

Examination and selection bodies, where a single date failing is a public event.

  • PSUs and autonomous bodies

Commercial procurement rules with board-level scrutiny and existing enterprise systems to integrate.

  • Directorates and district administration

Collectorates and district offices, where the same system must work on a thin connection.

Built on the national stack

Aadhaar, DigiLocker, PFMS, UPI, the state service bus and the department’s own registers. Systems are hosted on NIC, MeghRaj, a state data centre or an empanelled cloud, as the contract requires, and no departmental data leaves India.

See what we build

Start with one district office

The first release goes live in one district, one ward or one office, with real users and real data. Scope grows once that works, and the department’s own staff are trained to run it before roll-out.

Outcomes

The outcomes departments ask for

The Dr B. R. Ambedkar (Vidhana Soudha) metro station in Bengaluru, part of the Namma Metro network.

Reconcile every register

One record for each citizen, property or licence, with the history of every earlier register preserved and an API so the next system needs no further migration.

Departmental data integration
The Municipal Corporation Building in Mumbai, a Gothic revival civic building with a central tower.

Move the file between departments

One application, one identifier, tracked across every department it touches, with deemed-approval clocks where the statute provides for them.

Single window and dashboards
The High Court of Kerala building in Kochi, a large modern administrative block.

Pass the audit

Figures that tie to the transactional record, returns generated on schedule, and access logged by role and jurisdiction.
