How we handle personal data on this website and in our engagements.
What this website collects
This site is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts, every asset is served from our own domain. Visiting a page does not create a record we hold about you beyond ordinary server access logs.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested path and user agent, for security and availability purposes.
When you contact us
If you email us or submit an enquiry, we hold what you send in order to respond and, where relevant, to keep a record of a procurement communication. We do not use it for marketing.
Data in our engagements
In department engagements Padmanex acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the department, which is the Data Fiduciary. Our obligations, including purpose limitation, retention and breach notification, are set by the contract and by the DPDP Act, 2023.
